Prepared Menu Rotasi 1.2

Day Report!

 Hello everybody!

       This morning, the second day i practiced in the kitchen. This time i searched at the google about menu project we would make last semester again .

                   

      
       After that ,we were in the kitchen and started to prepared for the menu tomorrow. That is Choux ala Creme and Hard roll . As for picture we product  is !

                    

       Finally ,i helped my friends for prepared Hard roll while in proofing. And i baked product for 45 minutes . I waited with my friend joko trilaksono. After baked i brush with margarin . And i saved in bian marie. This product Hard roll!

                     


      Today i not excited because less healthy .i'm very sory guys but thank's for you attention.  Wassalamualaikum.😄
