Indonesian Buffet (English)


Day Report !!




     Hello everyone to all in medsos welcomback to my Dayli blog and i hopped is not borred. Well last morning ,we oneline and entered the kitchen to breafing first . Yes today we entered to Indonesian Buffet and my group handled Appatizer . Next i prepared Dojang Nakeng and Rujak Mie  with my group . Like a picture !!!




        After it i next went to butcher for cleaned ,peeled the skin of shrimp and cutting the Squid . Then already  next i marinied  and i saved on refrigerator this is ingridient of Dojang Nakeng . For prepared Rujak mie  already to chiller .



          The last we next to cut the pineapple for rujak mie . For pine apple dont forget to submerged salt water ,so as not itch on the tongue when you etan and this is one all of to picture!!
