Menu Ala Carte II (ENG)


Day Report!!





    Halo friends back to myblog again after yesterday  we were meet . As usual day this pretty boring where I go back to process menu is the same, it's okay guys 
    But not anything all the work will feel enjoyable if we do with sincere. Well friends as we see in the image under this. That the validity I set up all the ingredients and a before making Potato Gnochi again. ! !





        
      After all ingredients and a ready I further of starting from the refine the potato, dressed a salt and pepper, add a little by little flour dough to be reached by forming using forks. My friend said this job boring. But I think all we do with sincere pasti there will be science we can take. !


    Ok guys . Now i would explain what is the "Potato Gnocchi"  . The product is Potato pasta from  Italy, gnocchi are usually served after appetizers (antipasti) as a first course (or primo piatto), instead of pasta. And they’re followed by a meat and vegetable course (secondo piatto and contorno). When Italians eat gnocchi this way, the portions tend to be on the small side. However, gnocchi can just as easily be served as a main course, preceded or followed by a light green salad. The servings here are for gnocchi served as a main course.
