Daily Activities (English)




Day Report !


Hello blogger friend, back with me dinymoo who might tell me a little about my experiences and activities during the kitchen practice, and this time very happy with my colleague yusril entrusted to supervise the juniot class, today there are 2 junior classes that we will give basic knowledge before entering the kitchen. the first class B which was taken over by my colleague Yusril mahendra and class C which was taken over by myself. for this year quite a lot of food management enthusiasts so it was divided into 3 classes, namely A, B and C.








For this time they were not allowed to enter the kitchen area, so they were assigned to work on the chapter, but before that at the first meeting we checked grooming first then introducing, then sharing about our respective experiences, from here I can see their characters, even it turns out from this sharing can build their enthusiasm for sharing. I am very happy where they are so enthusiastic about telling the silliness to the seriousness of having entered the kitchen area before. After sharing they immediately work on the chapter in the coffee shop that has been specified by the lecturer.





After handling my junior and yusril continued to supervise in the Hospitality Administration study program, guided by our chef dino entered the material. Basic Cutting of Lamb, guided by Chef Dyno with several explanations therein that supports us to carry out this mandate. For the process you can see as in the picture below.
