Hello to all everyone , Today as usual our review and share your experiences with the senior incharge . And I handled Appatizer to the menu Rotation 2.2 tomorrow , the appatizer Thai beef salad ,this is some of the material that I have prepared today better than materials sauce and the beef , the beef that we used is the strip loin .
I assist other section that handled the main course (main meal) in the form of Gai tod takrai . Gai meaning chicken and takrai which means lemongrass , here's a few typical of such foods . I helped marinade , some ingredients are garlic,chili,fish sauce , lime, peanut oil, lemongrass, lime, salt, black pepper.
After prepared finish all I was given a coupon by the senior incharge . But before I clean the worked area first with my friends ,then I prayers in the mosque and heading to the restaurant .
