Final Test (Japanese Foods)

    Hello my friend to all in sosmed !! Happy nice day and welcome back to my blog again . And we entered the Final test , that is Japanese foods . Yes, today i hendled the section dessert tha is DORAYAKI . And firstly i boiled the red beans until 1 hours , for filling the dorayaki  . Like the picture under this !!

 

      After filling, i maked the batter . I strain soft flour and baking powder , then I mixer egg and sugar until smooth and add fresh milk (mixed again) . Put flour and baking powder in dough and mixed well . Ther put honey and melted margarine , mixed until blended . Like the picture >>

       

      Next ,i heat saute pan or teflon and basted with margarine . Take one ladle dough and put on the sauce pan , maked into round .  Then , the batter brown on the side until golden and slightly brown on the other side behind . Like this  the picture !!!
