INCHARGE (ENG) Day 2


Day report !






          Good to see you again soon in my blog  friends,  where this time I  re-assigned by mr. ical ( boss genk0 to be incharge on the second day due to a couple of friends unable to enter .  With the same material "Soft Roll" we start to review of the material yesterday about "Soft Roll" .
                      





     
        Soft Roll common in Europe , especially diJerman , Austria ,Switzerland, Sweden ,Finland,Denmark,Norway,Italy,Hungary,England and other countries with the culture of bread that is developing rapidly. Even Soft rolls of the same language is known by various names. In Irish and partly English, soft roll called a bap.

     
  

       All right friends after a repeat product from the Soft Roll to be more perfect and the end product today we can see on the image below ! As we view the product today even less than perfect due to the error technique from my friend Aulia inzani not budge by the junior over the use of the oven . Because junior will have to give up be he is over-proofing, and like this !!!
