This snack cake is also very suitable to be served as a treat for a thanksgiving event or just a family gathering. Usually warm coffee or tea is a friend of this cake.

The ingredients for making a paranggi floating cake are quite easy to find or you can buy it at a market near your home. How to make a paranggi apang cake is also quite easy, as long as you really listen to this recipe and full of patience in making it sure the results will not disappoint.

Alright then there's no need to explain at length anymore hehehe. For those of you who might want to make it at home for family snacks.

So one of the main ingredients of this Paranggi floating cake is cassava tape which I have mixed with coconut water and let it sit for 1 night guys.

Cassava tape itself is a tape made from fermented cassava. This traditional food is popular in Java and is known in all places, from West Java to East Java. In West Java, cassava tape is known as peuyeum (Sundanese).

Making tape involves cassava tubers as a substrate and yeast tape (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) which is distributed to the tubers that have been peeled off. Basically tape is cooked food after going through the process of steaming or boiling.

There are two manufacturing techniques that produce ordinary tape, which is wet and soft; and dry tape, which is more legit and can be hung without damage. Dry tape is popular in the northern Priangan area (Purwakarta and Subang), and is known as a typical souvenir from this area

Tape is one type of authentic Indonesian food preparations. Some areas which are famous for processed tape are like West Java, Central Java, East Java and several other regions.

Tape is a fermented food made from foods that contain carbohydrates such as cassava and sticky rice. The name of the tape is based on the type of main raw material such as cassava tape and sticky tape.

Tape is loved by everyone because of its soft, delicious, sweet taste and also has a distinctive taste that is not found in other foods.

Tape is a type of food that is included in fermented foods. But it has a very sweet and filling taste. Besides the tape contains alcohol because it has been processed by the fermentation process. But it will be made with a variety of basic methods, the same but different packaging.

Cassava tape from West Java will be made from cassava material in the form of whole. While cassava tape from Bondowoso, East Java is made in the form of pieces and placed in special places such as woven bamboo. Alright guys, that was a little explanation from me who also closed our meeting this time. Thank you and see you in the next blog. Thank you
