Hi guys !! Welcome back to my blog again and i hopped you like it guys! Because i would told you about my story in the kitchen . Today i entered to Mid Test with my group . Well , i take in the chiller to all prepared ingridients . My group handled Appatizer that is jalangkote and Lawa pakis ( kinds of Main course) . And this is some pic the ingridients !!
Then i make the Lawa pakis for main course and the ingridients is vegetable pakis, coconut meat , lime , chili , and seasoning . Usually the lawa pakis very delicious if you eaten with kapurung traditional foods from sorowako , i hooped to all can to try it. Like a picture !!
Finally i make a jalangkote traditional foods of Makassar ( Sulawesi Selatan ) it's very famous to all people because many people like jalangkote . Told about Jalangkote , jalang is walking and kote' is scream otomaticly jalangkote is walking while you scream guys ! Wwkwkwkw
