Daily Activities ( English Version)

Day Report!!

Greetings friend blogger, see me again, hopefully not bored ya, let's get to the point, so like yesterday if any of my friends failed or were incomplete we are not allowed to move material. Yup very right guys today we are back again making bakpia guys as shown in the picture below. !!! Bakpia processing begins with the preparation of raw materials. Material preparation is the main key in the processing process. The materials to be used are prepared and weighed according to the established formulation.

In the industrial world, both service and goods industries, quality is a factor that brings business success, growth and increased competitive position. The quality of a product can be interpreted as the degree or level where the product and service is able to satisfy the desires of consumers.

Texture is a physical or physical condition or morphology of agricultural products which includes the level of hardness, tenderness, flexibility, elasticity, and smoothness of the material. Texture in terms of the level of hardness and tenderness of the material has to do with the content of the material and water content, where the components in food determine the texture formed while the high water content causes the texture to be softer compared to the low water content.

When it is newly produced, the quality of the product is considered to be 100%, and will decrease along with the duration of storage or distribution. During storage and distribution, food products will lose weight, food value, quality, value for money, growth power, and trust. This will affect how the shelf life of a product can be said to be a damaged product

Bakpia is a unique, authentic and unique snack. It turns out that Bakpia isn't just Bakpia Pathuk, there are Bakpia "Pia" Semarang and Bakpia Pangli Surabaya.

Bakpia is a clear proof of the marriage of food culture between Chinese and Javanese food. From the word "bakpia" we can only know, the word "ba" itself means pork. As the word meatballs, father, and dumplings, the original food is made from pork, but now it has been adapted to the conditions of the Archipelago people then replaced with meat or vegetable that can be consumed by the people of the Archipelago. Whereas pia means cake. In China itself, bakpia is a cake containing pork, large, which is weighed before buying.

After a major migration from 18th century China, acculturation of Chinese and local culture in the Archipelago took place. Food is the most obvious form of acculturation and is close to us every day. Bakpia, which originally used pork, was adapted using green beans and kidney beans. Kwik Sun Kwok is a Chinese businessman who pioneered bakpia making in Java in the 1940s, his concoction was very popular with the Javanese people. The concoction was then developed in Kampung Pathuk, Yogyakarta, so it was known as Bakpia Pathuk. That's it for the first time guys, I'll see you later.
