Menu Ala Carte I (ENG)


Day report!





    
         Hello friends Social Media I love. Today I was back again writing some activities me in the kitchen Poltekpar Tourism Makassar. As usual we oneline first before starting activity, and this time I took over the menu is my friend handled ( Andi Salsabila ) was incharge namely “Potato Dutchess” we can look like in the image under this!







         
      Duchess(e) potatoes (French: pommes de terre duchesse) consist of a purée of mashed potato and egg yolk, butter, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, which is forced from a piping bag or hand-moulded into various shapes which are then baked at 245 °C (475 °F) until golden. They are a classic item of French cuisine.





        
       After in baked me permission prayer Duha for a minute and went on to prepared riding course. I help part of the staple food , I gratined potato before will be served with using Salamander oven. I also had  helped decorate the food replace my friend who was prayer!
