        Hi friends back again to my daily blog that tells some activities that I do in the kitchen, and today is the last day for  this week i entered in the kitchen. As usual before entering we oneline first and not to forget also in give the material by mr.ical . And this time I was given the responsibility for handled Main course namely “Claifornia Burger “.

Next I immediately setting up a variety of California Burger, where I to get the sauce mayonaise ( egg yolks, salad oil, mustard, lime , salt and pepper ) When there is an ordered bread we bake first before served so also with patty the her we grilled beforehand.           After all, I finished setting up further decorate on the plate that helped by senior incharge . Where I bake  the bread using teflon and grilled the patty later on the part in the bread I give  Saus mayonaise. For his companion we use the potatoes. We can look like the picture under this! !
