Day Report !!
Hello guys welcome back to my blogger again and this morning i went to the campus at 06.30 because i don't want to miss a breakfast guys . Yeah ! Breakfast for this morning very crowded and i focus to handled buffet that has been exhausted. Then i set korket as much as 338 pax . Like a picture!!
After that, Chef sofyan also told me to clean the place the herbs started out as taught dikitchen poltekpar I clean overall until really cleaned not only the area of chiler small storage preparean breakfast I unload and wipe until clean !! Then I break the prayer and eat .
After finished my break. to make bitter ballen . I rounded and marinade with flour ,egg,and bread crumb . Then fry for a coffee break . Further I also packing chicken ala carte as in the picture below !!
Because bored just waiting for time to go home I directly walk to the buthcer and it turned out oh it turns out dibutcher chef rivo is upgrade - curving . I started to pay attention and had to take a picture .
