Menu a'la carte II



Day report!!


          
                 Hello friends survived came back to my blog that if it were quite useful to all of you. Well this day I went back to the campus kitchen Polytechnic Tourism Makassar, Today we go in Menu Ala carte II .  As usual we oneline beforehand and divide section each by senior incharge. This time I was given’s with my friend Aswandi to deal with Beef Wallinton ( Main course ) and Pho Bo ( Soup ). However, ultimately aswandi take handled Beef Wallinton. When prepared I had to Butcher and saw the frame Basic Cutting Of ikan like in the image under this! 




       Nex , I prepared some ingridients  for Pho Bo. Where I prepared a spices beforehand that is onion, lemongrass, and ginger. I blended then I kept chiller that will be used tomorrow! Like a picture!!





         As usual guys brown sock or broth brown that we used the ingridients. . When finished, all the ingredients I kept chiler because want to use the next morning.   Then , i'm information that should be handled Potato gnochi. For that I rushed braise the potatoes and mixed with extra flour and a little seasoning salt and pepper. Next I shape and keep it in chiler like in the image under! !
