Equipment and Utensil ( INCHARGE)



Equipment and utensil!!



1. Meat hook (utensil)
Function: to hang meat
Material: stainless steel
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water





2. Broiler (equipment)
Function: to cook food (mostly neat) with heat from up and down in a closed container
Material: iron and stainless steel
Cleaning: clean it with wet napkin



3.  Chinese wok (utensil)
Function: to cook food in large portion
Material: carbon steel, cast iron, aluminium
Cleaning: wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water
