MID TES (Rotasi 1.2) Group three

         Thuesday , at 08.00 i began to entered in the kitchen . First , me and all my friend one- line while persentation about Menu Rotasi 1.2 for my groups . And i was assigned for Dessert ,that is all Choux ala Creme . This is some a picture about prepared !!  



         After i prepared to all ingridients , i maked Custard creme (creme alanglaise) . For it i prepared milk ,margarin ,salt , flour ,egg and sugar . i mixed step by step and this is a picture Custard creme by me!



             Finally i prepared for platted  .at 13.00 we started to platted for all menu . that is Appatizer, soup, maincourse, dessert.And i handled to dessert .This is some picture about platted by me😉
