Continentantal Breakfast

Report/Description Activity :


    Today is the first  day of practice in semester two . As usual, our examination of the grooming first before going to area kitchen .Then, we all oneline and the material given by Mr.Sahrial as a lecture who is incharge a lot of motivation and knowledge given by him. one is about breakfast , which we will practice today .well, today we made a "Continental Breakfast" . were divided into 10 groups for the first wave and 5 groups for the second wave . Before it was me amd my friend , take pictures beforehand together senior incharge as evidence of physical us! And this is a picture !! !


After that the practice also begun, and today my group makes:

"Soft Roll"

  
     For the soft roll , the fault of our group that during the process of mixing.maybe , because we were a little afraid of the added water as a result of the dough so it's a bit hard .So it is difficult to shape and texture on the inside of the dough is a bit rough .And finally we know, that the process of mixing so influential on a product. Next time, we will be more thorough again because this is the learning process.'There would be learning if there is no mistake'.
 Croisant 


      Secondly, I made croisant I think it’s also not so easy. Because it’s just until the process of scaling portion then we do not know the results. Croisant we kept in chiler and will be bake in the next day for breakfast .dan we hope croisant it will succeed. And here’s the activity of me in the kitchen on Monday, 05 february 2018 to meet in the day will come .Thank you wassalamualaikum wr.wb ☺
