Day Report!!
Assalamualaikum mate according to my promise yesterday that today I will Mid Test by handling breakfast at the Rector's campus with guests from UNM, this morning I arrived early at 6 o'clock by taking my key at the security post then continuing to prepare yesterday.
make a feeling of chocolate creme. Regarding breakfast, breakfast itself is breakfast. Derived from two words, break and fast, it means to eat fast. What is meant quickly is because the customers will start their activities, that is working, so breakfast in this case is not to hang out, chat or play cards, but is more specialized in filling energy for activities.
There are many types of breakfast, depending on where the country is from. the pie that we process is more or less like in the following image.
Next is the Puff Pastry which yesterday the dough was made by my colleague Ardyanto Gosti, who needed to stay up late. this morning we just need toarn the Puff Pastry with a little pastry cream and fruit cocktail make the appearance of the Puff Pastry more interesting guys.
Puff pastry can take a lot of time to make, but the results will be worth it. If you use a recipe that requires puff pastry and you don't have a frozen version, you can make it yourself.
Puff pastry is a sheet dough. So called because this mixture when baked in the oven produces attractive crispy sheets. Made from flour ingredients and white butter and yellow butter recipe that is crushed, folded, then rinsed again.
The process is done many times. Making a recipe does require patience. But once you have the puff pastry mixture, various enticing dishes can be created. Want to fill salty or sweet, please! Shrimp ragout or sausage cheese gives a delicious savory taste. Want to taste sweet, sprinkle puff pastry with apple slices spiced with cinnamon.
Well, after everything is done we rushed to present the results of our products, this morning was quite important because we have an important guest from UNM who will also judge the results of our products.
As for one of the results of the assessment that I have perpetuated as shown below !!
After finishing we rushed back to the kitchen to clean the work area, today was quite satisfying, finished general creaning in the pastry and bakery section I was immediately absent and went home.
