Menu Rotasi (Thailand)

Day report !!


 Hello guys, Last day i entered in the kitchen this week . And today we given the material again by chef dino about marinied chicken methode thailand . Chiken in marinied salt,pepper,lime,chili,fish sauce,garlic and lemongrass. 


After marinied i back to section that is maked soup tom yum goong . Yesterday i was maked shrimp stock,and today i boiled stock and add ingridients in recepy . Next i seasoned soup . 


 I also blanched shrimp and champingnon mushroom . Than i plated in sup cup and if there are orders we poured the water of the soup to remain hot when served .
