Hello guys!! the last day I entered the kitchen . As usual, group odd open restaurant and even group maked to project menu . my project menu is "Sidat Crunchy with Barbeque Sauce" .That had been assessment by lecturer wawan . and this is a picture !!
After i maked a project menu .Next time i will maked some project made of Sidat fish. Than i helped some my friend in section Main course .I put rice and konro on the plate. this is a picture !
Finally guys, i and my friend oneline and given some assignment by senior incharge .
Than i cleaned Mini Library and class room until finished . well guys, enaugh for today . thank you and see you next time😉.
