Kitchen's Utensil and Equipment


1. Tabletop barbecue grill (utensil)
Function : use to cook meat or vegetable on table. Mostly on Korean food.
Material : marble
Cleaning : wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water







2. Soup spoon (utensil)
Function : use for eating soup
Material : mostly made of ceramics
Cleaning : wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water







3. Masonry oven (equipment)
Function : use for any cooking task involving baking but mostly for baking bread or pizza
Material : brick or stone
Cleaning : actually it doesn’t need any special treatment to clean it but you can clean it by wiping it with clean water







4. Exhaust hood (equipment)
Function : to remove smoke, odors, airbone grease, fumes, heat, and steam from the air.
Material : stainless steel or aluminium
Cleaning : with wet napkin







5. Ice cream scoop (utensil)
Function : to form ice cream into a slightly rounded or a well-rounded ball
Material : stainless steel
Cleaning : wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water







6. Chopping block (utensil)
Function : use as a cutting surface for food
Material : wood
Cleaning : wash with liquid dishwasher and rinse with clean water
