Menu Rotasi 2.2 ( Buka bersama with mtbgenk)

Day Report!!





        Hello friends welcome back to  my blog  , already entered the month of ramadhan . Well ,today is the last day I entered the kitchen and handled the Menu Rotation 2.2 ( Thai foods) . Today we also walked right at  01.00 o'clock  ,the time of entry we were assigned directly finished whole foods . At the started of the appatizer, soup ,main course and dessert . And i handled appatizer!! 



      
          After the appatizer i helped section of a main course by added marinade the chicken with cornstarch ,egg , salt and pepper . Then we let it stand for a moment ,then fried .



       
           After all is done , i break ashar prayer and went back into the kitchen to help other friends to maked jalangkote . Jalangkote finished I returned to the cold kitchen product finishing and cleaning worked area . All the food is put together at the table in the main kitchen for iftar later . And this is one of the photos that I took today !!
