Menu Rotasi (English)

Day report!!




          Hi friends in the entire universe !! How are you today (?) My sense of fun . As usual we entered the kitchen area at 08.00 a little more . And this time the senior does not enter incharge . We were only given some of the material chef aldino as a lecturer incharge . 


     
         Next I am helped a friend who handled dessert ( Tang yuan) . Where the material is glutinous rice flour, warm water, dye , and round . For the contents of sesame,sugar, butter melted and then boiled . Then make a simple syrup (water and sugar ) . For the dough don't forget boiled ,and lastly garnish with sesame seeds that have been toasted . 



       After Tang Yuan I. help make the tang zhong where the material is flour,milk,salt ,yeast ,butter and eggs . Tang zhong is the same as the other breads , but for tang zhong is softer .
