Menu Rotasi 2.3 (indonesia)

Day Report !!


     Hello guys !!! Welcomeback to my blog that tells about my activities in the kitchen . This time we reentered the menu indonesian and my group handled main course ,that is Konro Bakar and the condiment is acar . The first i maked acar , the ingridients is carrots, zuchini, shallot and chili . This is a picture !!




    After i maked acar, i seved in refrigerator and i separatid beef from fat  while I cleaned . Than i marinade with garlic ,salt and pepper and i let it stand first before it is processed. Some my friend prepared for peanut sauce and kondro sauce. This is a picture before we marinade!!


      
     Finally i cleaned the area where I process, next i helped my friends for maked the dough . The ingridients is coconut milk and water (1:1) ,flour,sugar ,salt , pandan leaves, and pasta pandan . And this is a picture taked by my friend (Darma) !!
