Assalamualaikum guys !! Happy working and happy reading again . Today my group got a turn for the practice at the Gammara hotel for 1 week. And this morning, we come at 7.00 began to enter kitchen hours 08.00, this time I with two my friend Ardyanto Gostie, and Michael Jordan placed in Hot Kitchen ( Main Kitchen ) first of all we were assigned to packing spices white and bolognise then i saved in the chiler.
Okay guys!! Next we clean kitchen and then went to one senior and ask his name , then I asked what to do anymore. Senior had setting up all the ingredients that will be used to Breakfast tomorrow. And I cutting all the vegetables. And clean back in the area .
After that we break for half an hour, when we get me directly assigned pake the kondro. Then I around while looking senior was cooking, and i asked while helping them.
