Menu Ala Carte II (Day 2)


Day report!!



      Hello blogger that I love and I love back to my blogger . today as usual our oneline advance and given the material mr. ical (boss gang) where we were taught the material about the portion and how to make "Beef Wellington" . Like a picture!





           After mr. ical was followed again by Chef Dino where chef dino taught us about temperature - the temperature of the how do I check the temperature . Chef dino also gave explanations to all menu the one who will be my handled Soup pho bo and Potato Gnochi . This is one of the pictures that I take !!




           Next we all went back to the section work of still and process the material that we have prepared and stored in the refrigerator . Friends I want to explain a little bit that I know about the Soup Pho bo is the cuisine of the mi beef from vietnam . This food comes from Hanoj and spread to the south up to the City of ho chi minh, and to the whole world.
