Menu Ala Carte II (Day 3 )

Day report!!

    Hi Friends back again to my blog, where as usual before entering kitchen we oneline beforehand with self-examination as well as the kitchen. Today we came early with the same material Menu Ala Carte II. Where this time we ordered by the Mr . ical to control the menu and explained each menu is one by one . Like a picture under this !!!
         

       After oneline we went on a menu we handled yesterday. As usual, I returned to make the dough Potato gnochi with made potatoes boiled  and add flour little by little do not forget anyway I added taste nerve salt and pepper powder. Then I molding using forks, the more or less like in the image under this! !

     After all ready I further platting potato on the plate that has added in the aspect of beauty when going out at the restaurant. For the potato this time no additional french bread as companion. However, this product seems paler perhaps because of lack of stock tomato sauce, the results of plattingan can we see in the image under!
