Aktivity in Kitchen Poltekpar Makassar!!
Hello everybody ,welcome back to my blog activity and i think very usefull for all blogger lovers. Ok yesterday i allready handled my junior then today i come back to materi ,that is 'How to maked Croissant' like a picture in under this!
How to make Croissant ,first i watched in youtobe because my memories oldes. If you see guys very easy but if you do why difficult-_- ( oh no!) . And very lucky my senior Anthonius but we call kak Chiu . Helped us how to tekhnik, taste, procedure untill finished. (Ok)
Next ,we all follow kak chiu how to do , and step by step we pratic . Started prepared , mixing,proofing, infus fat , till bake . You must becarefull guys ,because not easy like you see very different if you do . I believe guys must put your heart ! Very good
