Menu Rotasi II.2 (prepared)

Day report!!



         Helo everyone !,  Today, me and all my friend  oneline at 08.30 . Than we review with senior incharge . And after we given material by chef dino about marinade beef for Western and Asia .This is a picture !!



      
      After that i prepared shrimp for Soup Tom yum goong tomorrow . I separated head and skin for maked stock . Yes, Tom yum goong used shrimp stock because goong is shrimp , that is shrimp more prominent in this menu .



     
       Weel guys today sir ichal finished s2 and we appreciated to given a surprise. We help semester 2 to give suprise. And we take pictures together . This is one of the photos.
